On Sunday, April 26 we participated in the XVI Festa del Cargol, in Fontcoberta in the Pla de l’Estany region.
The Fest had a wide program throughout the morning, from which we can highlight the 13th Gastronomic Contest; with cooked homemade screws or the 16th Gastronomic Snail Display; with tastings of dishes of snails made by the restaurants of the Region.
For the popular lunch, with an attendance of almost 400 people, we prepared Salad and Fideuà, Desserts and Coffee. The organization of the Party cooked a total of 135 kg. of snails that completed our popular menu.
Great organization, and a great success!
